ORDER

Heard Mr.D.Ravichander, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Additional Government Pleader for R4 and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from varying or modifying the period of collecting the toll of weekly sandahai from three years to one year and stick on to the period of tender as enumerated in the tender document issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 289/2015/E, dated 23.02.2015.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Town Panchayat has issued a work order on 30.3.2015 to one Mohanraj.

4. In the light of the subsequent development, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in terms of the conditions of tender.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
