Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the proceedings issued in Letter No.32604/Police-XVII-2013-26, dated 23.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the period of petitioner's suspension from 26.04.2013 to 30.05.2017 as duty for all purposes with full pay, allowances and all consequential benefits and direct the respondents to release the regular pension, gratuity and all other retirement benefits including commutation of pension, leave encashment etc., together with interest thereon at 12% p.a., from the date of my superannuation i.e., from 01.06.2017 till the date of its realisation.
