When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit the entire amount within 3 weeks and hence the sentence imposed on the petitioner may be suspended.

2. The petitioner shall deposit the entire cheque amount within 3 weeks.

3. Post the matter after four weeks.
