This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 248 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. R2, remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to R2 is dispensed with.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 248 days is condoned.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
