The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the respondent is hospitalized and hence, a short accommodation should be given for filing an application to receive additional documents.

2. But it is to be noted that the original petition is pending from the year 2012 and hence, the 1st respondent cannot drag the proceedings on the pretext of filing an application to receive additional documents.

3. However, considering the earnest request made by the learned counsel for first respondent, this matter is ordered to be listed on 06.10.2023.
