Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEELA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.07.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition with regard to the appearance before the Respondent police.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
