( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Monday, the Twenty Fifth day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.9566 of 2021 IN CRL OP.3921/2021 MAYANK BHANDARI [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CBCID, METRO WING-II, EGMORE, CHENNAI 600 008 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner report before the respondent police twice a week (i.e)Monday and Friday at 10.30 am as imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.No.6986 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.3921/2021 in Crime No.10 of 2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHEELA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.07.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition with regard to the appearance before the Respondent police.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
