Heard Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent and perused the materials placed on record. With the consent on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2015.

3. According to the petitioner, he has purchased the property in question by a registered document dated 04.03.2013. Based on the sale deed, the petitioner has requested for grant of patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. However, the petitioner has not produced a copy of the patta issued in favour of the vendor nor there is any reference to the patta number.

5. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to all the persons, who are likely to be aggrieved.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
