Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceeding Mu.Mu.No.024333/Na.O.Sa (5)/2019 dated 28.11.2019 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to grant pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum with effect from the date of his retirement on 31.07.2019 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
