O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the st respondent to consider the Letter Na.Ka.4241/2013/A dated 11.12.2013 submitted by the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent for removing the debris from the Naina Lake.

2. On account of efflux of time the cause lost its relevance. However, if any grievances exists as of now to the petitioner, it is left open to him to approach the competent authorities for redressal.

3. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
