Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to absorb the petitioner in any one of the Government Departments / Government Undertakings in the existing vacancies on the basis of his qualification and experience.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the Project into which the writ petitioner was appointed completed the Scheme and the writ petitioner was disengaged from the employment of the Scheme, which was already completed.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner may be considered for absorption in the new Project, which is now going to be implemented by the respondents.

3. It is left open to the Competent Authority to consider the case of the writ petitioner if he is qualified and eligible in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scheme and by following the procedures.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
