This application is filed by Govindharaj claiming that the particulars given in the O.P., seeking Letters of Administration are incorrect and next kin of the deceased person not been impleaded. In this caveat, the petitioner wants to implead himself as a respondent in the proceedings.

The learned counsel for the petitioner orally submitted that this petitioner has no caveatable interest and the averments made in the application to implead is baseless.

To avoid future complications, he has no objection in allowing the implead application.

Considering the information furnished in the implead application, it is appropriate to allow the same. Hence this application is allowed.

The petitioner shall carry out the amendment and file clean copy of the petition within 7 days.

Post the matter on 27.11.2024 for further proceedings.
