Writ Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2014 with respect of seeking permission to permit the petitioner to transport the sand, mud and stones from Survey Nos.A1/285, A16/301 & 1191/2 of Moolanur Village and Survey No.649/2, Thoppampatti Village to New Survey Nos.453/2 & 453/4, Thoppampatti Village, to develop the petitioner's land through vehicle Nos.TN-78-6619, TN-28-W-2896 and TDZ 8920.

Heard Mr.S.Lakshmanasamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Petitioner is an agriculturist and owing lands. He used his own tractors to transport mud and sand from one land to another. Petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.01.2014 to respondents seeking permission to transport sand, mud and stones from one land to another land. But, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, if the same has not been already disposed of. In case, the petitioner's representation has already been disposed of, the order shall be communicated to the petitioner.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
