ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court by disobeying the orders of this Court dated 08.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.13963 of 2015.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order of the Writ Court, against which the present contempt petition has been filed, has been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.1102, 1105 and 1106 of 2020 and by order dated 05.01.2021, the order of the Writ Court has been stayed.

3. Hence, it would not be appropriate for this Court to continue with the contempt proceedings, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the disobedience continues even after the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench, it is open to her to exercise her rights in accordance with law.
