Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to register the death of the petitioner's son A. Chandra Gupta, 22 years, who died on 10.07.2018 at Muthur, which comes under the jurisdiction of the respondent as per the provisions of the TN Registration of Births and Death Act, 1969 and the Rules framed thereunder by considering his representation dated 29.01.2019.
