This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 02.09.2022 made in W.P.No.23117of 2022. 1/3

Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that, as directed by this Court, in order dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.No. 23117 of 2022, the respondent has complied with the order of the Court and a copy of the proceedings dated 27.07.2023 has also been placed before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge that order.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 27.07.2023.
