Heard Mr.P.Vasanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to pass suitable orders on his representation dated 13.03.2015 as expeditiously as possible.

3. According to the petitioner, the representation submitted by him on 13.03.2015 has to be considered and necessary action has to be taken by the Executive Officer of the temple.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the Executive Officer has taken necessary action and he has submitted a report to the third respondent, who is the Thakkar / the Assistant Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment.
5. In the light of the above, it is open to the third respondent to forward the report of the fourth respondent to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and the order shall be passed on the report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
