A Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 13.09.2023 in W.A.No.2452 of 2023 and C.M.P.No.20837 of 2023, has passed an order to keep this contempt proceedings initiated by the petitioner, in abeyance.

2. In view of such an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this Contempt Petition, in case, the petitioner succeeds in the aforementioned Writ Appeal.
