ORDER
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) The order dated 02.06.2014 passed in W.A.No.274 of 2014 is sought to be reviewed in the review application.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is to change the allotment of the shop originally alloted to the review petitioner. The Division Bench, while confirming the writ order passed by the learned Single Judge, made a finding that the review petitioner does not have a vested right to seek a particular shop.
3. Now, the review petitioner has raised grounds seemingly to re-adjudicate the issues on merits. Re-appreciation of facts are impermissible and therefore, the review petitioner has not established any error apparent on record, warranting interference in exercise of the review jurisdiction.
4. Thus, the review application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 stands closed.
