Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of the sixth respondent dated 05.01.2018 made in Na.Ka.No. 000413 / WU3 / e3 / 2018, insofar as condition of Clause 7 is concerned, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for the promotion to the post of P.G. Assistant, to promote him with all consequential benefits.
