As seen from the Proceedings dated 16.06.2023, the petitioner's application seeking for payment of increment for her higher qualification is under consideration by the respondent. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has also been served with the copy of the Proceedings of the respondent dated 16.06.2023. He is also satisfied with the same.

3.Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 4.Liberty is granted to the petitioner in case the respondent rejects her representation seeking for increment in respect of her higher qualification in the near future to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
