This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 109 days in preferring the appeal before this Court against the dismissal order Tr.C.M.P.No.791 of and C.M.P.No.16104 of 2017 dated 12.04.2018.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 20.04.2021, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.

3. With this condition, the miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
