The present petition has been filed seeking certain modification in the 2nd petitioner's name in the order dated 07.09.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No 15858 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the 2nd petitioner's name has been inadvertently mentioned as Nathan instead of Dhadhan. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order modifying the name of the Second petitioner as Dhadhan and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to modify the name of the Second petitioner in Crl.OP.No 15858 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties .
