ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the present petition to direct first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.625 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating agency and to file a final report within the period fixed by this Court.

2. No representation for the petitioner. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would contend that the investigation in Cr. No.625 of 2013 had already been concluded and a referred charge sheet in RCS No.247 of 2017 dated 20.11.2014 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore. He therefore would contend that nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.

3. The petitioner has filed the present petition to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.625 of 2013 from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies. As already observed that there is no representation for the petitioner. Furthermore, this Criminal Original Petition was filed in the year 2013. A perusal of the CD File filed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) shows that the Cr.No.628 of 2013 of North Police Station, Vellore has been thoroughly investigated and a Referred Charge Sheet was filed which was also recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
