ORDER

The petitioner has submitted a representation on 08.12.2014 to the Inspector of Police, Neelankarai Police Station-J8. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to act in furtherance of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court is of the considered opinion that in respect of the aforesaid representation, the Authorities competent would have to look into the issues. The writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and on account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. If at all, any grievance exist as of now, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities for redressal of the same. With this liberty the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
