ORDER
The present application has been filed seeking extension of the interim custody of the applicant's minor child, namely, Jayakrishna Jayaram, aged 7 years 2 months, to the applicant from 26/05/2026 till 31/05/2026, in addition to the two days' interim custody already granted by this Court vide order dated 06/05/2026.
2. Originally, an application has been filed and this Court, by order dated 06.05.2026, directed that the custody of the minor child be handed over to the plaintiff/father from 17.05.2026 to 25.05.2026. By mutual consent, the interim custody of the child was accordingly handed over to the plaintiff/father. As per the earlier order, the child was also directed to remain in the custody of the father on 24.05.2026 and 25.05.2026.
3. Now, the present application has been filed seeking custody of the child on 26.05.2026 and 27.05.2026.

M/S.K.Sumathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that they have plans to travel to their native place at Bangalore and that any rescheduling would cause considerable hardship to them. However, she fairly conceded that she has no objection to the child being with the father on
26.05.2026 and 27.05.2026, in continuation of the arrangement made pursuant to the earlier order dated 06.05.2026. The same shall continue.
5. She further expressed an apprehension that the child should not be subjected to any medical or psychological examination during the period of custody.
6. Recording the said submission, it is made clear that the child shall not be taken for any medical or psychological examination during the custody period, and the applicant shall only enjoy the company and custody of the child on 26.05.2026 and 27.05.2026.
7. Subject to the above directions and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court, the present application stands disposed of. 13-05-2026 MPA
