A.No.3316 of 2021 has been filed to allow the present application filed under order VII Rule 14 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and consequently permit the applicant/plaintiff to file additional documents, rely on them and to receive the same in evidence.

A.No.495 of 2022 has been filed to permit the applicant to place on record the documents marked as Schedule A to the present application.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that quoting wrong provision is not a bar to allow these applications. Hence, he prays to allow these applications.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that wrong provision is mentioned in the application and also the applicant has not filed any document to show that he is authorised person to file this application and hence strongly opposed to allow these applications. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents in allowing these applications, these applications are allowed subject to proof and relevancy.

6. The matter is referred to the Additional Master-II for recording evidence from both the parties.

7. The parties are directed to extend their co-operations for recording evidence as early as on or before 08.08.2022.

8. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the deposition and documents if any marked by both the parties.
