ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 118(1), 109, 351(3) in Crime No.80 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to a prior quarrel, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner has got one previous case of similar nature. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), it is amply clear that the petitioner is in the habit of misusing the liberty granted by this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
