This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 3 and 4 to condone the delay of 2519 days in filing the written statement in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to list the matter before the Additional Master-III for recording evidence on 08.11.2024.
