ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(2), 281 and 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023 and 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.567 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joined hands with other accused threatened the witness in the murder case (defacto complainant's daughter) and also threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are nine previous cases are pending against the petitioner, and he is a historysheeter. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and upon fact that the petitioner has got nine previous cases pending against him, the conduct of the petitioner in misusing the liberty by involving himself in similar offence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
