When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had subsequently produced the community certificate and joined the B.Tech. Course.
2. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
