O R D E R

The petitioner filed an eviction petition in R.C.O.P.No.45 of 2018 before the trial Court. During the pendency of the petition, he filed a petition under Section 11 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Buildigs (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, due to the default committed by the respondent. The said petition was numbered as M.P.No.121 of 2018 and the same is pending from July 2018. It is periodically adjourned one after another.

2. A perusal of the adjudication shows that so many chances were given to the respondent, but ended in vain. Aggrieved over the long pendency of Interlocutory Application, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the long pendency of the Interlocutory Application, this Court is inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, a direction is given to the learned District Munsif Court-Cum-Rent Control Authority, Ambattur, to dispose of M.P.No.121 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.45 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
