Since the petitioner herein apprehends damage of the property and threat to life, gave a representation to the police on 10.06.2024 seeking protection.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint for cognizable offence been received and after preliminary enquiry, case has been registered in Crime No.60 of 2024 on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. 3.
In view of the above facts, this Court is of the view that no further direction is necessary, since the complaint been registered. The respondent police shall complete the investigation in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
