This Application has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to appear through video conferencing.

2.When the matter was came up for hearing on 27.06.2024, it was informed that the petitioner had been admitted to hospital consequent to heart surgery performed on him. Now, it is stated that he is an out patient and discharged from the hospital and could appear through video conference.

3.In view of the same, this Application stands allowed.
