This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has impleaded the Superintendent of Police only as a party-respondent and he has not impleaded the concerned Police Station.

Hence, the petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by naming the correct Police Station.
