By order dated 29.10.2021, this Court granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in O.A.No.691 of 2020 in favour of the applicant/plaintiff.

2. The first respondent has been duly served and her name is also printed in the cause list today. Insofar as the second respondent is concerned as directed by this Court, the plaintiff has effected substituted service through paper publication and the paper publication has also been filed by way of affidavit of service by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff. The name of the second respondent has also been printed in the cause list today. Till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking for grant of interim injunction. Accordingly, interim injunction granted by this Court on 29.10.2021 in favour of the applicant/plaintiff is made absolute and O.A.No.691 of 2020 is allowed.

4. Post the matter after completion of service of summons on both defendants.
