Veerammal Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2016 in accordance with law rectify the mistake and issuance of correct pattas in the name of the petitioner for the land in Survey No.289/1Z for an extent of 75 cents, situated at 85, Ettikal Agaram, Alapatti Village, Balaguri, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation given by the petitioner who is seeking rectification of the mistake in the patta that has been issued in favour of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District for rectification in the patta. On receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District is directed to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
