When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, till then respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.

3.This petition is accordingly disposed of.
