Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 6 Respondents to conduct the yearly festival of the Balayee Amman Temple, Kasthuripatti, Varatharajapuram Village by the HR&CE Board itself under the direct supervision

of Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE and Thakkar of the Temple by permitting all the community people to take part in the festival and not to permit any individual community particularly Muthuraja community people to conduct the festival of the above temple.

Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the Fourth and Sixth Respondents, on instructions, states that the Fourth Respondent has passed order Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 2545/2019/A6 dated 20.08.2019 permitting the conduct of the yearly festival of the Arulmighu Balayee Amman Temple, Kasthuripatti, Varatharajapuram Village, and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
