The suit is for recovery of money.

The plaintiff has filed A.No.3177 of 2021 to implead the daughter of the first defendant.

2.According to the applicant/plaintiff, the proposed defendant is the daughter of Mrs.V.Kamalakumari and V.Anjaneya Prasad, since Kamalakumari expired on 04.03.2019 as a legal heir Parvathaneni Shalini Kumar, the proposed defendant has to be impleaded.

3.Mr.K.C.Ramamoorthy, learned counsel, who has filed vakalat for the proposed defendant, has no objection in allowing this application. Accordingly, the application to implead the proposed respondent as the third defendant is allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.

Amended plaint copy shall be filed by the plaintiff by 25.10.2021.
