ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue directions to the Trial court for speedy disposal of I.A.SR.No.404 of 2025 in O.S.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Namakkal. 2.Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuing a direction to the Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Namakkal, to number I.A.SR.No.404 of 2025 in O.S.No.1 of 2013.
4.The petitioner has filed the said application seeking impleadment of new parties under Order I Rule 10(2) CPC. The said application has not been processed by the Trial Court and the same is kept pending. Any 2/4
miscellaneous application that is filed by any of the party to the lis has to be necessarily looked into by the Trial Court and the same shall either be taken on file by issuing directions to the Registry to number the same, if it is in order or return the same if there are certain compliances. If it is otherwise in order, the Trial Court has to necessarily take the application on file and order notice to the parties concerned. The Trial Court shall pass orders on the said I.A.SR.No.404 of 2025 in O.S.No.1 of 2013, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observation and direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
