PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to modify the condition imposed in the impugned order dated 26.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.5431 of 2026, directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,00,000/- (i.e 40% of the cheque amount) within 6 weeks, by adjusting the sum of Rs.7,72,500/- i.e 15% of cheque amount has already deposited before the Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 13.06.2025 vide Challan No.07306 and directing the Petitioner to deposit a further sum of Rs.12,27,500/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only), thereby fixing the total deposit at 40% of the cheque amount. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 13.05.2026 under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to modify the condition imposed in the impugned order dated 26.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.5431 of 2026, directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,00,000/- (i.e 40% of the cheque amount) within 6 weeks, by adjusting the sum of Rs.7,72,500/- i.e 15% of cheque amount has already deposited before the Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 13.06.2025 vide Challan No.07306 and directing the Petitioner to deposit a further sum of Rs.12,27,500/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only), thereby fixing the total deposit at 40% of the cheque amount.
