ORDER
This Court, by order dated, 18.09.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Vellore for framing of a scheme within a week. Further, the Joint Commissioner, Vellore was directed to frame a scheme and report the same before this Court. 1/3
2. Pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner filed an application for framing of scheme under Section 64(1) of HR & CE Act on 25.09.2024.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the application filed by the petitioner was returned and thereafter, it was represented. He further submits that the jurisdictional Joint Commissioner requires four months time to frame a scheme and report the same before this Court.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, list the matter after four months.
