2. In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed in respect of the first Writ Petitioner as withdrawn.

3. In respect of the second Writ Petitioner to get along with the case, the learned counsel seeks indulgence. Post the matter on 17.03.2021.
