ORDER
It is the case of the petitioner that he was transferred with the fifth respondent after he was initially appointed with Annamalai University.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was originally transferred with the second respondent and thereafter with the fifth respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has requested for re-transferring him to Cuddalore District where his spouse is working in terms of Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.10, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-S) Department dated 07.01.1994. In this connection, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.03.2021 to the third respondent.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the above Government Order, the request for transferring the petitioner to the place where his spouse is working, the minimum period of one year of service in the present station need not be instead upon.
5. Appearing on behalf of the respondents, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 29.03.2021 of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
