ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection in and around the petitioner's factory premises to ensure safe ingress and egress on Men and Material and the agitation of ex.employees/executives at the instigation of the 2nd respondent on 27.05.2025 is stopped 1000 meters away from the petitioners factory premises situated at Plot No.RNS 1, Renault Nissan Supplier Part, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District - 602 105.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent Police.
3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the first Page No.2 of 4
respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
