ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are unnecessarily harassed on the basis of complaint given by third respondent in connection with the purely civil business dealings. Therefore, this petition is filed.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is a business transaction between petitioner and third respondent. In the said transaction, third respondent alleged that petitioners are liable to pay Rs.34,99,959/- but did not pay the amount. On the basis of complaint, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, petitioners accepted to pay the amount to third respondent and enquiry is closed.
