Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, Soolagiri Police Station, Krishnagiri District, Twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13569 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.21673 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13569 of 2019 Crl.O.P.No.21673 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice in a week i.e., every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13569 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.21673 of 2019 dated 20.09.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as on when required.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
