2. The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420 & 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known seeks anticipatory bail. This Court, vide order dated 09.09.2021, disposed of this case and directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry within a period of two weeks. If prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the FIR else close the petition.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel prays that this petition may be closed.
