This contempt petition has been filed to issue summon to the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2017 passed in O.A. No. 43 of 2010 in C.S. No. 31 of 2010 and punish them.

2. The evidence had been recorded in entirety in the suit. Necessarily, the parties will have to concentrate on the relief to be obtained in the suit.

3. This contempt petition has been filed consequent to the order passed in O.A. No. 43 of 2010 dated 15.03.2017 which interim order would merge with the judgment to be delivered in the suit.

4. The contempt petition stands closed. Depending on the nature of the judgment delivered in the suit, the petitioner may if circumstances warrant take up further steps in accordance with law. No costs. 03.06.2025 Index :Yes/No Maya To
