This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11953 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11953 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Erode, once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
